On the evening of May 16th,×∑γ$ as night fell, the Great He✔♠avy Industry Technology Terminal remai¶ε←"ned brightly lit, and the 1300Tε♦/H unloader successfull↑¶y completed the loading o ¥f large cargo and set sail for the Ph←↕λγilippines.
The ship unloader is a type of product§÷> developed through long-te±≤rm cooperation between Jiang>><su Great Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. ≤✔≥(hereinafter referred to as the company) and Buhle©•r (Wuxi) Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinaf ter referred to as Buhler). ↓↓The company is mainly responγ↔♥sible for the production and assemblδ♠y of the main structure€', involving large comp¶☆ onents such as gantry, tower,®✔♣♣ boom, vertical scraper,≠• loading arm, and boom →λcrane.
To ensure that every o↓λ rder is delivered to customers ♥≤on time and with high quali✔δty, the project manag♥© er will develop a detailed producti≥∑→λon plan, set key milestones,£♠←λ and track progress daily befor♥♠δe the project starts. Any problemsβ↓ that arise will be coordinated and d≤↓'ealt with in a timely manner,↑ '✔ and summarized into weekly∑← and monthly reports.
During the project iδ←✔<mplementation process, our various depδ÷λartments demonstrated aα high degree of teamwork and ex∑★♠ecution, with clear α♥&βdivision of labor and tacit cooper★¶₩ation between departments, ♠↔₹ensuring the smooth progress and high-q¥✔uality completion of the project.★→↕ε
In terms of production manageme£σ±nt, implement technical disclosurε"e, strengthen process promotion, an§₩d focus on standardizing key proc"₩σesses such as welding a€←≥nd painting;
In terms of quality ®"control, implement; T •hree inspections; (Team self inspec→¥tion, QC special inspection, supervisio↔•←'n sampling inspection), ∏ every process including ∞pre welding, post welding, size, appear¥>αance, sandblasting, prime↑₩r, intermediate paint, and topcoa ≠t is carefully inspected. ≈ > All components, regar§♥♦ dless of size, even a singl<×e bracket, must strictly follow the insγ≥&pection process.
To ensure production, safety ★"must be emphasized. While strengthe≤ning employee skill training, iβ® ©mproving their opera'÷tional skills and execution abil₽¥π$ity, strict adherence to•₩ safety management systems, improvin↔≠g emergency plans, en>§hancing employees'$∏ safety awareness, and ability to res₩£↔pond to sudden external factors must be£♥∑↔ strictly followed.
According to feedback from £®customer representatives, the 13←★✔↔00T/H ship unloader has be >en installed on the ✘®owner's site and successfully pas<♣sed the 1300T/h efficiency test, markin±↑₹g a new level of capability for the ←←company in the manufaφ☆φcturing of large tonnage port α↕♦lifting equipment.
